And, you know, just going f back to the politics just for a second, you know, the fact that there is so many different cultures kind of converging, it's and it is timeless.
the the role that Istanbul has played in that particular, you know, geographically.
To talk about a city that represents such inclusivity and togetherness.
And you do this through, as I said, the food of the people.
This book is has been already, I mean it's only just out, but it's been
fairly very well received all already.
Um I mean Diana Henry on the cover says a gorgeous love letter to Istanbul.
I couldn't love this book more.
Um you know Honey and Co.
They say it's a first class ticket to the tastiest city in the world.
And and what I love about it is that it takes you away from the main tourist drag.
