Well it's you know, it's something that we've talked about for both your previous books.
Um and Sebse uh you know, I I I was talking to somebody the other day about getting you on and and and actually when I posted uh on my story that I'd been to s to see you at the um uh the ambassador's residence and so many people came back to me and messaged me and said, Oh, we love Sebse, which was your vegetarian version of Turkish food.
But both of those books have told the story of the inclusivity of cultures and religions in Turkey.
Religions.
And that is one of the most important messages that you've always shared.
You know, that food through food, people get together.
And it's an it's a timeless message.
And you know, particularly now when things are always so difficult politically, you go straight
You go straight to the people and the food of the people.
And I think that, you know, I want to t start talking specifically about this book, Istanbul, which takes us into one of the s the most inclusive cities in the world.
I've never been.
I can't believe that I haven't been to I've been all around the world, but I've never been to Istanbul.
