Um the second food moment is red lentil soup with carrots and potatoes, something that sounds so incredibly simple.

Um and you bring it to us from the uh the tradesmen's restaurants in Istanbul.

You'll find it in most pl places across the Middle East and in India, you know, it's very similar to um the dal, yeah.

Just a straight old dal.

But it's the pull bear.

The infused oil.

Now I did this when I was t testing out one of your recipes and you put the oil uh in right at the end

Uh, with the pool bear, just a little um powdery chili and i it infuses in s seconds.

Yeah.

You don't have to sort of put it in the fridge overnight or anything like that.

And it totally transforms or rather elevates your third food moment.

And I used the I I loved making it.

It's absolutely beautiful.

I mean, in many ways something I know very well, but it's this infused oil with pulbear that absolutely transforms it.
