Well it's a wonderful I mean, you know, it's something that we recognise.
It's basically a sort of spaghetti bolognese or a musaka base or you know, we we know l we know this very well, but it as I say, it's that pull be bear with that mint, the dried mint.
Um I didn't use the sumac actually, but I was just amazed at d you know, it's like these flavour bombs that Motolengi kind of introduced to, you know, it's just like, Wow, that just
makes it into something completely different and very Turkish.

uh in Istanbul.
Now these are very ancient.
Um you put a lovely photograph there's a lovely photograph in the book of a walled farmer's market.
And you call you wouldn't have called them farmers markets, would you?
