Give me a book that takes me around the world vicariously and I am in it and it has been an absolutely glorious read. matched

And what you do is, you know, it is part memoir and it is a travelogue, but but it is a deep dive into where anchovies have come from and how little has changed in most of the very small places where they are still producing. matched

Um, industrialisation is something that you go into and we'll talk about sustainability, the future of overfishing and and all that in a in a minute. matched

But it is important to say actually the old ways are sometimes the best for the fish. matched

W what did you find out about that? matched

quite technical that, but actually the way that you write about the anchovies is all about the deliciousness of the fish, but also about the cultures and the very small cultures where you experience them. matched
