Israel obviously, but Yemen, uh Egypt, we talked about, uh we we looked at your chasing smoke, cooking across the Lavat.

Romania you talked about.

Um all these flavours come from obviously a very sort of uh movable feast in the Middle East, people who move there with all their flavours, they come into the flavours you grew up with at home and then brought to the UK.

Is that the same now that you've been here for so long?

Yeah.

And and it becomes lighter as you become less sort of uh older.

I was gonna say less associated with the kind of the more, you know, uh Ashkenazi food, for example.

So, you know, now you've lived in London for so long that flavours are much lighter and we do eat in a lighter way, don't we?

Yeah, yeah.
