You make people work for it and learn it so they can gather that skill for themselves.

And sometimes it's by giving false information so that they will go out and they will find out that it's not right for themselves.

So it's just like never actually believe anything I say.

and an incredible raconteur, incredibly charismatic figure.

But what he could do was mind-blowing.

He was obsessive.

He would take notes.

He would pour information into us until it felt like our brains were going to explode.

And then he would make us go out and put it into practice and embody it as much as we could.

And for me, it was like falling into a book.

Being at tracker school was like falling into a book and it completely changed my life.
