A lot of event spaces closed during COVID.

And suddenly we were getting lots of calls for a 50 person room and we could build out event space.

So I said, let's do it.

Let's go for 50,000 square feet.

And it's been two years now.

June 1st, we got the keys for that 40,000 square feet side and busted open the wall June, two years ago.

So yeah, it's been a crazy... And now we're full again.

We have 80 offices and we have a 200 person ballroom.

We have two 50 person training rooms.

We have...

five conference meeting rooms, like boardroom style, a yoga studio that also doubles as a 75 person event.

We do a lot of graduation parties, wedding rehearsals, baby showers, things like that.

So we have lots of event space and it's booming.

I mean, the event space is,

took off in the last few years.

So that carried us through this big expansion revenue wise that was bringing in $40,000 a month in revenue, which is what we, our initial side was like $40,000 a month revenue.

Well, this event space was bringing in more revenue as we were expanding.

It really helped us survive the expansion.

So it was crazy.

Yeah, it was an interesting time of just saying, okay, can we fill 50,000?
