I mean, I just always feel like what we have is so unique in that we sell community.
We sell that camaraderie that we bring for entrepreneurs.
And we're very hands-on in here.
And we sell that.
And then we happen to have offices.
And it's exactly what people are looking for.
Big and small companies.
And we've got now all the bigger companies that are saying, we don't want to renew a lease.
We're going to move into co-working.
So we've got a lot of those, a lot of associations that let go of their big spaces and moved in.
We have association management companies, three associations, software companies, landscaping companies, a moving company, a locksmith company.
They all had their own businesses somewhere else and let the lease go and moved in.
So it's been very interesting to see how they all said, what I loved here was that there was community already, that we didn't have to bring our team.
If there was going to be, you know, if there would be maybe three people coming to work today, they wouldn't be feeling like they were just three people in a big building or an office.
They had this whole community as well as when we all showed up for meetings and things like that.
So I do think that is what...
Why we have grown continually and we're, again, we have a wait list right now for offices, which I didn't think would happen after we expanded.
We have a wait list for offices because people come here and go, this place is magical.
It's this community is incredible.
It's really cool.
