And that would be the biggest transformation was how work got done.
I'm used to that, though.
Yeah, I did.
Yeah, that I had to live through.
That was we were we were known for an earnings per share roadmap, which I had to stop in that because that was no longer the measure.
Right.
And so we had to invest.
We had to change what we did.
And so but again, we did the right things because that is one thing when a company is over 100 years old, you realize you are there for it to last another 100 years.
That is hard for me to give a binary answer to.
I think there are people trying- That's why I asked it.
Oh, boy, this is now my diplomatic side.
I think there are people being very responsible, and I think there's some people being a bit reckless with it.
I think we're going to have players on both sides of this equation.
I will tell you that my biggest learning, I was in, how shall I say, I was exactly right on AI.
I was a decade early.
Lots of learnings.
But the biggest learning had to do with trust.
especially when you use AI to make decisions that are of consequence.
