to be AI first in everything we do externally, the experience we're creating for all of our members, and internally, which is every process we have, we're looking at and saying, how can AI make it better?

And it's not about replacing people.

It is about how do we create a higher quality experience, first and foremost.

You know, and somebody, you know, always asked me, well, will AI take my job?

No, but somebody using AI will.

And it's no different than years ago, somebody said, will this calculator take my job?

No, calculator won't.

But somebody using a calculator will.

Then it went to, will this computer take my job?

No, but it may require your job to change.

It may require a different skill set.

because AI can do a lot.

We should not underestimate it.

But in healthcare, we want, we have hundreds of physicians who are affiliated with the company, work at our affiliated practices, and they aren't going anywhere.

They're just going to be more and more focused and efficient on helping people stay healthier.

And that's really our goal.

Well, it's a great question.

Look, I think, and it's funny, one of our clients, one of our great clients asked me to help them on their 10-year plan.

And I said, there is no 10-year plan anymore.

A 10-year plan is maybe a three-year plan.
