However, in this current climate, in that we're able to or we're comfortable to, if you're not comfortable to and you're like, I feel that I would like an extra $10,000 as an emergency buffer in my account, we'll call it.

Just wait and save another five or 10 grand and then proceed.

Actually, in the book, I did a whole chapter on investment property and I did a whole chapter on the house that you live in about downsizing and all that.

And we shared an example of – and I put the address in the book because it's all public information.

This house, over the last 15 years, has gone backwards in value.

It was a villa or a unit or something.

The suburb in the Melbourne ring, nothing wrong with the suburb.

It was an asset class issue.

Yeah, you didn't become a property developer.
