The stat that we hear is it just takes 3.5 percent of the American people to get out there and to march and to rally and to protest and to stand up and to stand strong and to speak out in order to begin to topple this aspiring dictator, peacefully topple this aspiring dictator.
And I think we're going to get there and I think we're going to surpass

But what I would love to start with is just a little bit of Donald Trump's legendary losing streak in court over just the last 48 hours.
You know, there was an important analysis done by a political science professor
At Stanford, this was then sort of carried by Mark Elias' Democracy docket.
What this political science professor did is he took all of the Trump-related litigation and he broke it down not by case, wins or losses, but by rulings.
in each and every case.
And it turns out Donald Trump's Department of Justice is losing 96% of the time, the rulings in Trump-related litigation.
For decades, I was at the Department of Justice, and guess what?
We didn't lose 96% of the time.
We won in sort of an overwhelming majority of the cases, both criminal and civil, that we pursued.
So Donald Trump is losing in court not because judges are lunatics or radical left judges, but because Donald Trump
is doing unlawful and unconstitutional shit 96% of the time in the cases that are being litigated.
So that is an important trend.
And in the last 48 hours, what did we see?
We saw Mahmoud Khalil, the president,
The lawful permanent resident, let's start with that, who's a student at Columbia, a student activist who's been exercising his First Amendment rights.
We had a federal judge say, oh, wait a minute, Marco Rubio made a determination that Mahmoud Khalil's comments, his First Amendment protected speech interferes with or endangers the United States foreign policy.
Are you kidding me?
