Because she's going to have a vindictive prosecution claim and a selective prosecution claim and abuse of the grand jury claim.
So, you know, these are really important wins, as I say, a good day for the rule of law, a good day for justice.
And I think it bodes pretty well moving forward for both James Comey and Letitia James.
Yeah.
And it has to be somebody who really doesn't care that much about their license to practice law, because why in the world anybody would plug in to cases like this and put their law license on the line is beyond me.
But Don, I have a feeling Trump and Pam Bondi will come up with somebody.
They'll scrape the bottom of the barrel a little bit harder and they'll probably be able to find somebody who is willing to, you know, hitch their wagon to the Comey prosecution and the James prosecution.

He can't follow through.
He is not the dictator he so desperately wants to be.
Now, listen, you can bring baseless charges, and that is, I'm sure, a cold comfort to Comey and to Letitia James that they have had to defend against unlawful charges, vindictive charges, charges that were returned by an unlawfully appointed Trump flunky like Lindsey Halligan.
