And now Judge Curry has ruled that the same holds true for Lindsey Halligan.
And because Lindsey Halligan was the only one who walked into the grand jury and somehow convinced them to indict
James Comey and Letitia James in separate cases of some trumped up what looked to me to be vindictive charges.
The indictments are what the judge said are void ab initio.

They're wrong from the start.
They're dead in the water.
She dismissed them.
She tossed them out.
And now the next question is, will they be appealed by the Trump administration?
And if so, what are the chances that this thing is going to get reversed on appeal?
And even if...
even if they are reversed on appeal, I think James Comey's indictment has timed out because they didn't make it within the statute of limitations with a lawful, valid indictment.
So I think his case might be permanently over.
I do think they'll probably refile charges against Letitia James because her alleged crimes are still within the statute of limitations, but she has just begun to fight.
