we the people from an abusive and criminal president of the United States, the judiciary, maybe that will, you know, manage to wrestle free some of the actual and complete files.
Yeah, a federal magistrate judge or a federal judge who's not a magistrate.
Magistrates do the lower level legal work in federal courts.
And, you know, it's so absurd what Kash Patel is saying because in the Mar-a-Lago case, a federal judge was presented with an affidavit drafted by an FBI agent and sworn to under the penalties of perjury, setting out the evidence that allowed the judge to conclude that
that a crime had been committed and there was likely evidence of that crime at Mar-a-Lago, Donald Trump's de facto home.
And that's why the judge authorized the search.
