I assume, though we can't state this for a fact, that a
FBI agent drafted up an affidavit, swore to the accuracy of it, presented it to a federal magistrate judge, and the judge assessed that there was a crime committed and there was likely to be evidence of it found in John Bolton's home and office and authorized the search warrant.
We don't know any of that to be true yet, but I suspect that is what we will find out
So for Kash Patel to say that was lawless, what happened at Mar-a-Lago, it was all judicially approved and authorized.
And as Katie said, even reinforced the legality of it by, you know, a Trump appointed judge, Aileen Cannon.
So Kash Patel is so untethered to the truth that it really is frightening.
But it's really important what Katie said about the book.

The Washington Post characterizes the list accurately, in my opinion, as an enemy's list.
Not only is Kash Patel, is John Bolton an enemy of the director of the FBI, he is also an avowed enemy of the top law enforcement officer in the country,
Donald Trump.
And it's and it's laughable that he said, even though I'm the top law enforcement officer, nobody talked to me about the upcoming search of John Bolton's properties.
I learned about it on TV.
