We listen to tell people where they're wrong or we listen to correct. But when we listen to encourage, it forces us to find the good in that human. What is the good? The way that we were able to pull that together is I went room to room to room to room to room, listening, encouraging, advising, sharing my wisdom, and then developing. And by doing that, we were able to create amazing relationships.
