Now to to go to a different team and a different manager and a a different setup might be a little bit tougher 'em, but no, I'm sure it's one that now Shane will chew as right.

Yeah, no, it's tough.

I I was fortunate.

I never really had got to that situation, even the older I got, but it was a little bit different for me.

Um I I came down the leagues and and dropped a level to stay in.

I was I played until I was thirty nine.

Um so it was quite fortunate.

Um yeah, I think I think with Shamey I obviously spent a lot of time with his family.

Um I know he spent a lot of time back in Donegal over the summer and

There's a certain amount of time where you think, Oh, this is great and this is what I wanna do and then the season kicks off again and you're itching to get back in.

You're you're hearing the stories of preseason and and how tough it how tougher is.

But

I know um I know how tough it is.

It's is is it's something that you're relishing, something that you wanna do because uh you wanna push yourself.

Um difficult situation with Shamey obviously because he's at Everton for so long and he's getting to a stage now where he's obviously thinking if the the body can go through it again um for the next twelve months or so but

I think uh if the if the fire burns out in in the belly then um no decision we'll have to make but listen, Shamey's been a great stalwood over the years and I know he ha he'll have to pick the decision what's correct for him.

I think it's obviously d d di difficult decision regarding obviously when you're you're losing out on and senior players and you've relied on them for so long.

Um but it just gives a another player an opportunity to come in and

Grab the jersey by the scuffle neck neck and and and be a part of the the squad and be a part of the eleven going forward.

I think whatever this decision that the manager makes, it'll be the correct one while he sees fit.
