the the ratio of like how accessible it is to like how addictive and horrible the withdrawals are is crazy like it's literally the most accessible version of like a borderline heroin addiction like it's the same withdrawal process it's the same like if you cold turkey xanax you'll literally just have seizures you can die yeah you can you could full-on die from a xanax withdrawal if you like just completely cold turkey and don't do any prep and like despite all that
