He's got a good mix-up.
McCluskey wouldn't be suited into a 13 space.
You just need to have that lateral movement maybe a little bit more and possibly it has that.
So that little bit of acceleration, as I said, it doesn't have that...
outside break that you know you might have associated with some 13s it's that real deceptive language running that defenders just find quite hard to defend it's whether the you know his running stride is quite long he covers the ground quickly without being really rapid and that can be very hard to defend and then when you have that extra yard or two of space in the 13 channel
defenders have to go lower because you're already moving and that's when you've got the big fend and you've got you've got that ability to keep the ball alive with an offload so yeah he just it was like listen it's a small subset of of rugby that he's played this season but every time he's played he's been very very comfortable
Well, because you think Andy Farrell's still going to have to, like, and this is now we're also, as the season narrows, we're also starting to look and say, who's going to be going?
Because, like, it's not an easy summer series.
So there's no gimmies or anything going into it.
But, you know, there is positions opening up and centre is definitely one of them.
Gary Ringrose has been the incumbent 13 for a while on possible weight.
They've been piecemeal rather than actually getting a player in there.
And you look at, say, Bordeaux moving Pennault there as well, just looking to get pace into the wider channels.
And I think Possiway, as I said, is not a player that would, say, have Damien Pennault's top end speed.
But if you look at, say, Brian, Brian is one of the best 13s that's ever played the game.
You know, Manon, who's played in the 13 channel.
Once you've got that 5, 10 metre acceleration, that's what gets you.
And then you're up to the cruise pace.
But then you have to have the ball playing ability after that.
And I think Possilweight has that ball playing ability and definitely has that first 5 metres, 5, 10 metres pace.
