And I'll be like, it's all good.

And, you know, I talk to Molly a lot about embodiment.
And I just touch her on the arm sometimes slowly and just say, stay in your body.
Just stay in our bodies.
Like let's not leave our body to β
And I used to do that all the time.
I used to default and just leave my body for somebody else.
And then it's just taken me β I love that feeling now that I am just anchored in here and just calmly say to someone β
Oh, look, and even just the language, just relaxing the language.
It's like, that's not my jam.
But, you know, if you want to do that, that's fine.
