Each of us sport is tough, don't we?

And, you know, if you get to a jockey about what you do, they would think that you're mad for, you know, getting your head in that scrum.

But if you think of a jump jockey where, you know, I think it's something like one in 12, one in 14 rides will come off.

Some of these are having four to six rides a day.

So you're basically getting your head around every three days.

You're coming off a horse at high speed with a chance of another horse standing on you.

And you talk about mindset.

I didn't do a lot with him.

He came to help with promoting our research, but was lucky enough to have AP McCoy in our labs.

And if you talk about a winning mindset,

There's not many got a better winning mindset than that man.

You think about the reason why he's the best of all time is because he would do whatever it takes to win.

He would take rides that people wouldn't want to get a winner because winning meant everything to him.

And what's really cool about my world

is on one day I'm working with a jockey, learning things from the likes of AP, and then I might be in Everton and I can translate some of that knowledge and really keen on taking lessons from one sport and taking it into another and seeing what we can learn.

um two things and one of them we've already mentioned influence the influencers so we was really lucky that um one of the local jockeys to hear a guy called franny norton you know franny was riding still in his 50s and he was a massive supporter of what we were trying to do and so he would be turning up to a waiting room with pre-packaged food

The second thing we did, and we had to go to get funding from Sheikh Mansour over in Abu Dhabi to do this.

So one of my studies was actually funded by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed al-Makiyam, to give him his full title.

And I had to say that live on Abu Dhabi.

We can kind of make sure that you got that right without offending anyone.
