So we got some research funding from Sheikh Mansour to do a study where we recruited about 30 jockeys

who were keen to do it a better way.

And we provided all the food for 12 weeks.

So every single meal we got made and, right, you eat that, you eat that, you eat that, breakfast, lunch, dinner.

And at first they were looking at it saying, there's no way I'm going to make way to value this.

I'm like, if that's all you eat, I promise you, you will.

So they were struggling to get across, like, I can't eat breakfast.

I'll just have six breakfasts.

And Matt meant the jockeys were going into a weigh-in room taking food.

And then there's a conversation, why are you eating that?

Oh, I'm doing a study at John Maltz.

And before you know it, we had a queue of jockeys wanting to come into the university to be a part of our study.

And they were desperate for help.

And I think we did manage to really change a lot of things.

But one of the things that we also did was
