If we're talking about...

Joe Public, who just might want to lose a little bit of weight, then actually these windows of feeding, you can make an argument if you're the type of personality who would rather eat two proper meals a day than three or four small ones.

So again, it's about calories.

It's not about for me that prolonged window of fast, but if I'm only eating one meal a day, the chances are I'm not going to eat all the food that I would have had in four or five meals in the day.

So that when time restricted feeding within a given window for most people, the data shows reduces the amount of food you eat.

So for Joe Public, maybe for an athlete, I don't think it's optimum to maximize performance.

And Dom, thank you.

Thank you for giving me a chance to reflect on that real special time in my life, which were Monster Days and the British and Irish Lions.

It was, yeah, two points in my career that I'll never forget.
