Yeah, look, Conan is a bright kid.

He understands the game.

He's a really talented lad.

Conan is probably one player that he's probably suffered a little bit because of the way we have to play, the way we have attacked games.

the way we operate, high pressing, getting after teams, set pieces, being a little bit more direct, getting the balls in the box.
