We always knew we needed another goal, we always needed knew we needed another cushion because as I say, you've got a top quality team in Shamrock Grovers.

They're always gonna come back, they're always gonna bounce back and ask you questions.

We knew that.

We were disappointed with the goals we conceded and we were probably a little bit disappointed with the um our play in the final tour.

Now they're they're little bits and pieces of improvement that we have to uh we have to fix, we have to correct and um we we we'll work on that no problem.

Yeah, look, w when you go ahead um against good teams, you've got to get the next period, the next ten, fifteen minutes, you've got to get that right.

Um I don't think we did when we went two one up.

We started to sink, we started to drop, and we allowed them too much time on the ball, we didn't get enough pressure on the ball.

We allowed them inside when our game plan was to send them around the outside.

So yeah, we just lost our way a little bit.

Maybe we got rabbits in the headlights.

Maybe we got caught up in the uh in in the atmosphere in the game that was in it.

Um I don't know.

I can't put my finger on why we lost our way a little bit.

We lost our shape, we lost our structure and uh there's the shape and structure is so so important to us and it has been so important to us.

But like I say, that that that's only that's only one game that that the lads have have lost shape, lost structure in um for a small period and that's what happens then when you do that against the top teams, you do get punished, and we did.

Um fair play to Shamrock Rovers, fair play to them.

We keep asking you questions, the crowd keeps going, the crowd keeps uh pushing them on and energizing them.

And um look, they're a good team.

They're champions for a reason.
