You can look at a chef's food and understand the architecture of it and the way that certain chefs season the food.
They push with acid.
They're liberal with salt.
They're cognizant of texture.
So you're able to understand the architecture and their aesthetic.

And a lot of that with him was this emotional aspect of seasoning the food.
So the oysters and pearls, the cornette that looks like an ice cream cone, coffee and donuts.
Like there's all of this sort of other stuff.
And so somebody read me a description of a dish.
