And that's what the witnesses remember seeing, planes just like that.
And these planes
It appeared to the witnesses that they had flown in and were trying to track the UFOs, trying to catch up to them, trying to observe them.
But the UFOs were both much faster and were also able to maneuver in ways that the planes simply couldn't.
And at the end, when the objects flew away, the planes were left in their wake.
Even though the planes were flying quite quickly, obviously, it appeared that they were just left behind as if they were standing still in the sky.
And then, sometime after this happened, there was quite a rapid response to the sight of the schools.
and to the Grange by people who were obviously in authority, coming from some sort of government agency.
And most of the witnesses recall that these people were wearing the uniforms of the military.
Some of the witnesses think the uniforms were Air Force uniforms.
Some of them think that they were Army.
Some of the witnesses just aren't sure, but they were very obviously, to them, military uniforms.
The police were also in attendance at the school and elsewhere.
And so whatever it was that happened at Westall, it certainly drew the attention and relatively quickly of government authorities.
And that, of course, very much adds to the story.
It gives a different colour to the story, a different flavour.
And it's certainly an element of this
UFO story that makes it rather different from most other UFO stories.
And of course that raises all sorts of questions.
For example, how is it that the authorities were able to respond so quickly?
