Picky is maybe the cynical way to say opinionated, I don't know.
Uh uh doctor who who knows what they want or thinks they know what they want, and um you can listen to them and like actually implement that and that kind of thing.
And they're not necessarily gonna blow up a scope of work.
So uh I uh it's it's affected us massively.
And I'm very, very proud of my team for taking that on uh head first instead of just kind of like
Let's see what happens.
Like now they're they're experimenting constantly to to make sure and that we're providing the best product.
Yeah, and there's there's various levels of that.
Some people love being hands-on and they love uh hey, let me do it and that and or they have people on staff, that's fine.
Don't use our support.
We don't it's fine with us.
Like we're we're good at that.
And others are very reliant on it, and that's also just fine.
Like I think it's very common for people like if they're relying on our support, they'll just throw it over the fence, they'll just forward us the email with no content.
Context.
And I don't think that's even a bad thing.
Like that's what we're tooled to do.
And I but we're like, yeah, sure, let's give done.
And that is basically the whole team gig.
I I actually think this is maybe one of the better kept secrets, which isn't a good thing from a working perspective, of working with us.
