So Kate is a terrific competitor.

She's been in six major finals in the last year and a half, and she's won medals in all six, or sorry, five major finals in the last year and a half.

And this is the the sixth one I hope that she's gonna continue that record of consistency and she's in good shape.

Well firstly her main event, uh her their four hundred metres, where she won the silver medal in Rome at the European Championships uh two years ago and also was fourth in the Olympics.

It just hasn't been going very, very well for her for the last two years.

But when you go back to the DNA of uh Rashida's sprinting background when she was a junior, she was a a European junior champion at one hundred and two hundred meters.

So she's stepping back to the two hundred meters here, where she should be very competitive, uh but she has

Has had injury issues, two particular hamstring issues this year alone.

Each of them took four weeks out of her training.

And that's why the heavy work that she needs to do for the 400 meters wasn't quite finished in terms of her having a proper 400 meter season.

So she's dropping down to her natural speed strength event, which is the 200 meters.

And she ran a fantastic 22.80 to just get the qualifying standard right on the side.

Second last day of the qualification period, and that was at the National Championships two weeks ago, she comes in here ranked in the top 12.

There's Dina Asher-Smith and Amy Hunt from from both from Britain, who look to be nailed on for the gold and silver in whatever order we don't know.

But the bronze medal is there for Rashida.

And if she runs as quick as she did, say last year at 200 metres, which is 22.5, that 22.5 second clocking that she did.

last year would be good enough or would have been good enough to win bronze in the last two European championships.

So once she gets to the final, once she's not in an inside lane, she's got a great chance 'cause she's a fantastic competitor.

Uh well she's you she she's the European champion uh at 3,000 meters indoors from last year.

So she's now like got a a lot of experience under her belt.
