And then once we have the software layer maximized, then we go on a massive hiring spree because we're so highly effective with everything we use to enable the workforce that we hire more people.
And those people are 10Xers because they have a very highly utilized data layer.
They're the workforce that's highly utilized and enabled.
And now you've got an AI that they can go to that is the center and the knowledge graph or the brain of the business.
This is a very beautiful vision.
And if you're talking about smaller companies, mid-sized companies competing with the behemoths, this type of implementation is the accelerant you've been looking for.
