And the short-form video, probably because everyone's like, So there were two studies, and one was about forgetting things.

like actually like being told in a task that you have to try and remember something and how well you could actually remember to do that thing it's kind of complicated because essentially they get you to do like a remedial thing on a keyboard but every time you see this one shape you're supposed to actually remember you should hit k right or this other like like a separate side of like how much you can hold information in your working yeah and you have to kind of remember that every once in a while you have to remember oh there was that other thing i had to do yeah and that was how they tested it and what they would do is get people to do it and then take

either a break of rest, go on Twitter or go on YouTube or scroll TikTok.

And it was scrolling TikTok that there was a drop in the ability to do the extra task quite significantly.

Whereas the other three, including rest, were similar.

So it was about the short form swipe thing.

That is brutal.
