To come back to that issue before about,
the evenness of the comp, there's some, yeah, the rebuilds are taking, I think, longer than they used to.
Like, you could probably rebuild in, I don't know, four years.
Now it's six, seven, eight years in some cases, and still not really there.
Um, you've got to get a lot of things right.
I think, I think that's right.
I think the issue is just getting it right.
Like, cause the balance of a rebuild in my view is obviously you go to the draft, but you do still have to top up with ready-made players.
Cause the kids just can't all run around together and learn off each other.
They've got to, you've got to have some, you know, experienced and wiser heads in there to, to help them.
And, um,
And so to me, that's been sometimes, you know, that's been the issue.
And again, you don't want to keep banging on about what we did, but like we had a bunch of kids and then Hodgie came in and pretty much became an on-field coach for a couple of years.
And even the Roos, you know, now with Luke Parker and things like that, they're the guys that can make a difference.
Even as a defender, they just organize everybody.
If you talk to Harris Andrews now, he still talks about the influence that Luke Hodge had on him when he first came there.
So there's that balance.
And then the kids, you've got to develop the kids.
