Even if one side meditates also, they get the skill how to manage and get over the conflict, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
Whether inside prison or outside, there has been resistance in people to do.
But once they know it, when they do it, when they are guided through it, they love it.
In conflicting zones like Iraq, after war, or also in Colombia, in Sri Lanka, in many of these areas, we have done programs for the people.
There, you don't talk about peace.
People are only looking for justice.
As I say, you are fighting for justice.
Yeah, you must.
But for fighting also, you need energy.
If you are shaken from inside, you have no energy to fight, right?
So the strength comes to you when you go deep inside.
Once you go inside, your mind becomes much more clear.
Then your hatred disappears.
Every child who has come into this planet have come as a bundle of joy.
So if you see through my eyes, there is no bad guys on earth.
