When someone is arguing with me and telly and is telling me that I'm wrong,
I won't I'm not able to listen to them.
I initially defend psychologically, like if someone would come into my house, I would def physically defend.
When someone threatens my right and freedom and autonomy to hold a position, I defend psychologically.
Now, when they speak,
I'm not really listening to them.

How I'm gonna act back, how I'm gonna win.

We become defensive.
And when we become defensive, we cannot change.
