So he refused to give a checklist.
And there is a paper from 2011 about from not my paper, but a really interesting paper on how organizations, some organizations use active listening techniques to manipulate customers because it's very powerful.

So I'm I'm all in favor, and we're doing all of these behaviors in my lab and when I give workshops.

The issue is
Is the intention of the listener really to help the speaker or to get the speaker to somewhere that I wanted to get them before?
Now this is a key difference in my in in my uh experience.
Tried it in one in some of our experiments where we um mentioned the name again.
It helps, but like most of the things, it helps if you do it to the right extent.
