We we do a little bit of the reset about a couple of weeks.
We start sort of rolling back.
And we still kept a bedtime.
It was just a much later bedtime and we had no hard up time.
Wake up when your body was done sleeping.
If if you needed eight, you'd get eight.
You need ten today, that's cool.
Um and I I will say, uh, it is a rare privilege and I do have to acknowledge my privilege and do anything to earn this.
This is just how my children are.
