And she's just trying to explain to me birth control.

You know, it it was new to be able to have bodily autonomy and say, Okay, I I don't want this.

I think that this would be a better option for me.

And I was very open and honest with like my family and I'm like, I'm I don't trust doctors.

And it it's really funny because my n my sister um was a nurse in school.

She just graduated and she's working as a labor and delivery nurse now.

And I said, you know what, I think you're the only nurse that I like.

exactly.

Absolutely.

I mean in my early childhood and my, you know, teen years and early twenties, she was all that I had.

You know, she was a single mother raising me on her own.

And so of course everything that she was doing, I

learned from her.

You know, that's how I grew up.

And unfortunately, you know, that that's the hard facts of it.

She was not a positive role model.

So how those

Things that I have learned, I am actively choosing to unlearn.

And I've been working with a therapist with that.

Um, it is something that it's like peeling back layers.
