And there was no no end in sight at that time.
And so there was that part of me that just felt so desperate to just like end it.
And it was a big fear.
Like that procedure had struck a fear in me that like, what happens if my voice is taken?
So I talk about that in in my book.
It's kind of like, okay, they're gonna be working around my vocal cords.
And it's like I don't wanna lose my voice.
My voice is a lot of people make fun of me, but this is my voice.
It is a higher pitch.
Um, but it was all surrounded around, you know, the swallowing, the breathing, everything kinda
was centered around the voice area and um so the throat area.
I I think I sound like my um my great great grandmother.
I like my voice, you know, it it changes based on emotion.
So sometimes I'll be like, What'd you do?
But um, you know, I think that's just that's just who I am.
It's part of who I am.
That's who I am.
It comes out more when I'm around my family.
Yeah.
