So if you think of a chair, a three-legged chair, you've got your strategy, you've got your money, and then you've got your people.
And the people is very much connected to the culture of that business.
So mainly businesses that are in male dominated industries that are wanting to diversify their workforce, whether that is bringing different women into it, different races, all of those kinds of things of how they can diversify often to access new markets and grow or produce new products.
Or they found that innovation is starting to dwindle.
They're not adapting as well.
So they're wanting different strategies to do that generally over the 20 million plus revenue.
Yeah, certain size, high pressure.
I do a lot in trade-based businesses, construction, manufacturing, mining, but then also marketing businesses, finance businesses.
So definitely businesses that understand what got them to where they are is not going to get them to where they want to go.
Gotcha.
And they're really starting to hit those challenges.
They're starting to see things like increased absenteeism, increased turnover as well.
And a lot of the times the businesses were founder-led and then they brought their first kind of professional CEO or executive in, private equities got involved.
So there's all of this disruption and the founders slash CEOs are like, the business was fantastic.
We were skyrocketing.
We'll hit all of these amazing numbers.
We've got private equity behind us.
We've got all of these executives with all of their MBAs and pieces of paper.
Yeah.
And everything's just falling apart.
