The sound of the bones popping and cracking and breaking was just, yeah, I'll never forget it.

I've had a lot of surgeries rebuilding my pelvis, my pubic bone.

I've had my right hip replaced.

I've got two computers inside me for the nerve damage that happened as well.

So six months in hospital after that initial accident and then over 30 procedures since the accident happened in July 2017.

I'm doing great.

I successfully taught myself to stand.

So I stood on land 117 days after the accident was the first time I stood on land.

Wow.

And then from there, slowly but slowly, I taught myself to walk again.

It took a couple of years to be able to properly walk unaided.
