I haven't done any of that stuff.
How'd you get them?
Um, that was, well, first 100 is like I pre-sold 5,000 copies by calling every person, all of my former speaking clients, my coaching clients, everybody that I knew and asked them, I put together packages that, Hey, by a hundred, you get this by 200, you get this by 50, you get this.
And that's how I sold the first hundred.
