So, repeating that has problems.
I mean, if you go back to Mogadishu, we had a bad habit of repeating the same operation over and over again, and then we paid for it with Blackhawk down and everything that happened there.
Doing that precisely, doing it in a very similar way would be very, very difficult.
You know, it'd have to be something very different, something unexpected.
There's been a lot of talk about doing cyber attacks and a lot of other things that would support it and some other asymmetric type stuff.
But special operations keeps coming up over and over again.
Don't go in there and try to take the ground.
Don't go in there and try to invade Havana and take the city block by block.
Do some stuff that cuts off the head of the snake, really destroys our command and control.
The challenge, though, is Cuba is not Venezuela.

It's been very, very well established.
They've been working on this since 1959.
It's a very integrated system.
It is different than Venezuela.
Venezuela had stress fractures that we could exploit, and we did.
In terms of that, it's going to be much more difficult to do that.
My concern is we get in there and we win the immediate military objectives.
But then we have the same problem that certainly Batista had, which was you end up with this insurgency in the hills.
that you just can't quite get rid of, and they're always there, and they're just wearing us down.
