Now, the question is, what does that mean?
I mean, by many measures, the Cuban economy has collapsed, but they're saying it would collapse.
And I think that's a different scenario.
You know, that's where you start looking at something more akin to what we looked at, say, in 1992.
And I think you and I both recall, you know, I remember sitting here.
I just come back from the Middle East.
I'm in Central America and I'm watching on CNN the attempted coup to take over, you know, to kick Gorbachev out.
And then in December, the Soviet Union falls apart, and you sit there and you're just staring in disbelief, which is, this is a part of my life, my existence.
How could the big enemy go away like this?
I think that's what we're looking at in Cuba, which is the economy, the society, well, the socioeconomic reality is it'll just...
stop it'll it'll collapse and that would be an opportunity to step in and then you get into the that other realm which is would we be looking at more of a civil military operation something where we go in to provide assistance support help help build a new government things like that that might be something that someone is looking at very very closely which is that scenario you'll keep the pressure on keep the threat viable and
maybe even do an operation or two, but wait for the ultimate collapse of the economy completely.
Yeah.
It's a tremendous amount of pain.
In fact, there's a thing out today.
They say about one third of the people don't have access to fresh water.
Tremendous amount of water problems.
You know, we look at the cascading effects.
And when you work in that, you know, certainly when you do emergency management, homeland security on that side.
you look at these cascading things.
