You know, often, you know, most thought that she was pretty much a Russian asset that was that was in his regime.
So I had, you know, I couldn't see her stepping into that role.
But we cut a deal, some call it a pragmatic deal or whatever.
But what it is, is we've opened the door.
We have our embassy pretty busy right now down there.
It's reopened.
Everything's going on.
We have business delegations going in, still trying to figure out how you do business in Venezuela.
That's another issue.
Exxon Mobil is trying to figure out, can they go back in those fields?
Can they do this?
And, you know, a lot of it with the oil companies, particularly Exxon Mobil, is they look at Venezuela kind of like Charlie Brown looking at Lucy holding the football.
You know, we've been there before, and the football gets yanked, and then we lose all our investments.
So they're a little skeptical of what they can accomplish with that.
But they recognize the huge potential.
Venezuela crude is the biggest oil reserve in the world, and it's probably the dirtiest oil reserve in the world.
It's really difficult to refine that stuff.
It's just dirty oil is what it is, really.
But they have tremendous stuff there.
They have a lot of mineral wealth in the country.
