Yeah, I would love to.
So we, it's going on two years of us going through our recovery, but it was definitely something that we both went through.
So we kind of started with our eating disorder at Fresno State where it was just like seeing how little we could eat under a thousand calories.
I know this is kind of like triggering for some people too.
So, so we try to eat under a thousand calories and then it would always be like,
okay, did you eat this today?
Or like, did you hit 20 carbs?
Like if she hit 20 carbs, I'm like, I need to only hit 20 carbs.
It would give you like a dopamine, like a bad dopamine.
Psychology wise.
Like it's a mental illness.
A hundred percent.
I think that.
it we were each other's like worst nightmares you enabled each other we enabled each other through and through so bad and then everyone's telling you look so good but like also my mom's like you guys need to eat like you're college athletes like we're going to practice mind you like three hardcore practice for three hours like conditioning whatever and then we go to weights for an hour and then I'm like I haven't ate like and I'm not eating carbs and I'm not like our our fridge and it was just really bad and we just started getting skinnier and skinnier and skinnier and we
transferred to the University of Miami and so my mom had a really good relationship with our Fresno State coaches where she was like calling them and like okay there's something going on my mom saw like the early signs of it but me and Haley are very stubborn like we're very stuck in our ways and like this is how it's going to be so if something's like starting to cut you off if something's like working we're not going to change it especially if someone tells us like we're just stubborn yeah
And then it got bad.
We'll talk ourselves into it for sure.
And then we transferred to the University of Miami and it was like, we need to get our bodies to the best of the ability because obviously you're playing versus, you know, stronger girls, faster girls, and we want to be in shape.
So it was like.
