If she if that wasn't it, like I would be very nervous just because if even now looking back, like obviously we are still in our recovery and I don't think that we're fully recovered.

I don't know because I was just talking to my mom about this too.
Like it did lead us to our biggest passion with health and fitness and growing.
We have an app now with, you know, workout plans and macro plans and being able to help other girls is so fulfilling.
That's great.
And that's what led us to that.
But I think...
I don't, there's always so much trigger.
Like even it's like the easiest choices that like you can make that somebody doesn't probably have an eating disorder mindset where it's like, okay, that's so easy.
But like, for me, I'm like thinking three steps ahead about like my meals and stuff like that.
I think, yeah, I think it's the one, one area, even like going through eating disorder where we could control.
You can control.
And Hannah and I are such control freaks.
Like, we are routine.
Like, in discipline, it's like, you know, she's not playing enough, but she can control her food.
She can control working herself to death.
Like, that's the one place of control where in the beginning of, like, NIL and, like, getting this platform that we really didn't know.
Like, we were younger.
Like, we don't know.
