He's not getting it.

And so a lot of times maybe he'll get impatient or like again, pick up his phone, zone out, because we're just so long-winded a lot of times.

And so one thing for the ladies that is just so helpful, and man, every time Nick mentions this, I'm like, oh, I forgot to do it again because it's so true and it it just takes intention is to preface.

So before we just see our husband.

I just want to talk to you about all the things, right?

Don't we just blow on him because he's gonna be like, Okay, this is a lot.

Preface, hey honey, I would love to talk to you about a couple things.

And sometimes he'll be like

Okay, what are those things?

Because the man has to consent if now's a good time to him to receive and be that container.

And a lot of times as women, we don't give him that opportunity.

We just kind of blah and expect that he's in a good place to receive.

But like Nick said at the beginning of this show or this episode, men carry a lot of weight and they they are the head of the household, they're the head of the family, right?

And so of course Christ is covering them, which right.

Right?

They're to submit to that and surrender to that.

But still, it's a lot on their physical body.
