First of all, there were no entrepreneurs.

There were no founders.

There was really no one from Silicon Valley that was doing anything interesting, at least that I saw.

They were generally large healthcare companies like El Salvador.

What's the medical?

I remember they did one of the first apps.

And it really felt more like check-the-box strategy that was taking...

what was previously on a website and making it smaller.

It was nothing interesting, nothing innovative.

And I was just so fired up from that experience.

I thought healthcare deserves better.

I want all these super talented people that are over here building gaming apps, trying to figure out how to get people to click on ads.

I want them to come to healthcare.

And so I went back to finish my MBA.

Partnered with a classmate of mine who was an MD, MBA, Nate Gross.

He went on to start Doximity, take it public.

He's head of healthcare at OpenAI.

I've worked with some really cool people in my career.

Very lucky.

But he and I spent the year working on a business plan to kind of bring together these two
